Our Motto

We try to serve anyone with a need for Z-52 zoysia. We custom cut each order once the customer places the order. We try to ensure our sod is as fresh as possible and strive to get it from the field to the customer as fast as possible. We harvest and deliver within 24 hours, if possible. Our typical delivery is the central Alabama corridor, but we can arrange for delivery to any location necessary. We have a one pallet minimum delivery, and we can accommodate all orders, no matter the size. We have the capability to custom cut orders by the square feet if necessary.

History

We operated in the wholesale market for many years by supplying sod for other sellers. But, as Pop aged, he recognized the need to branch out and offer retail sales. So, he recruited various family members to the farming endeavor and thus Corky’s Sod Farm, Inc. was established in 2020. Siblings, grandchildren, and cousins are often found doing the weekly chores needed to grow and harvest turf. We all work together to make sure we grow and produce a quality product and work with the customers to make sure we meet their needs and expectations.

Directions

Our farm is located at 972 Adahi Lane, Brierfield, Alabama. Note that Adahi Lane is a one lane rural country road. Once you turn on Adahi Lane, you will go two miles before you reach the farm. You will take two left turns at forks in the road. You will dead end at the farm. We are located about 25 minutes from Exit #234 on Interstate 65, 35 minutes from Exit #97 on Interstate 20/59, and we are 45 minutes from Hoover, 1 hour from Tuscaloosa, and 1.5 hours from Montgomery.
